As all pole vaulters know by now, Steve Hooker took some pretty good attempts at surpassing Sergei Bubka’s long standing 6.15m world record. Also competing were Derek Miles, Darren Niedermeyer, Giovanni Lannaro, Paul Burgess, Tim Mack.
