Alan Launder, former Australian national coach and author of the “pole vault bible”, Beginner to Bubka discusses and demonstrates effective swing technique at the Willamette Striders Track Club in Oregon City, Oregon.

Alan was here in Honolulu last month for a two day pole vault clinic held at Kaiser High School.

Willamette Striders director/coach and USATF chair for pole vault development for the Northwest US Rick Baggett will be the clinician at the annual pre-season Hawaii pole vault and coaches certification clinic on Valentine’s day, February 14th, 2009 at Iolani High School.
